About Holy Cross Funerals

Holy Cross Funerals is a not-for-profit Catholic funeral home based at Kippa-Ring on the Redcliffe Peninsula, in the Moreton Bay region north of Brisbane. It was established in 1999 and runs as an outreach of the Redcliffe City Parish. The business says it gives back to its parishes and the local community.

Although its roots are Catholic, Holy Cross arranges Christian funerals for people of all denominations and faiths. Under what it calls a one level of care policy, every family receives the same standard of service, whether they choose a full burial service or a cremation with no service and no attendance.

Holy Cross publishes an itemised price list for its unattended cremation package, which includes a private viewing in its own viewing room and support from a grief counsellor after the funeral. It is a member of Funerals Australia.
